Marketing cum Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities & Duties

 

  • Engage our donors via our online chat application, Facebook and Telegram Channel, answering queries about Buddha Tooth Relic Temple as well as about our Ceremonies and Events.

  • Post marketing services – taking pictures of offering items like flowers and lamps and sending to our donors as a post-sales service.

  • Familiar with Microsoft office applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • To assist with the formatting and printing of donor's names in Word / PowerPoint documents. Knows how to format and align texts in Word.

  • IT savvy. Updating of website schedule etc.

  • Other adhoc work assignments as required.

  • Have to be flexible in terms of work assignments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates or entry level are welcomed.

  • Training available. Subsequently, may be deployed to virtual customer service/marketing virtual team after training.

  • Proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel. Understands formatting of texts in Word. Good working knowledge of Chinese and English language. Chinese typing skills in Han Yu Pin Yin.

  • Self-motivated, creative, collaborative, team player, easygoing, kind, flexible, meticulous, results and service oriented, willing to learn, passionate and competent.

  • Willing to learn attitude

  • IT savvy.

Workdays / hours

  • Workdays: 5 days' work / per week (include weekend & PH) rotating schedule OFF & REST Day.
  • Time: 8.00am to 5.00pm
