HR & Admin Executive
- Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, training and development, induction and exit clearance, payroll, and HR information systems.
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
- Support the procurement of office supplies, stationery, staff uniforms, etc., and issue purchase requisitions for all admin activities.
- Experience in ISO audit
- Perform daily HR duties from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintaining and updating personnel records and leave records.
- Preparing HR reports for management and Board meetings.
- Writing minutes for management and board meetings.
- Manage leave applications and employee's attendance.
- Administrative duties include liaising with vendors, postal services, coordinating dispatch, receiving walk-in visitors, and handling phone calls.
- Processing monthly payroll, including OT, CPF submission, Tax Clearance, and any related grants/claims to government agencies.
- Collating yearly staff appraisals.
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Assist in temple events during Vesak Day, Chinese New Year, and any other major festivals as assigned from time to time.
- Review and update of the Employee Handbook, HR Manual, HR processes, and HR policies.
- Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Manage the Temple's insurance portfolio, which includes public liability, work injury, medical, and other insurance policies.
- Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative/Business Studies.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Prior experience in the Charity sector is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good minute-writing skills are a must.
