IT Manager


Job Description

  • Management of IT systems and projects
  • Consultation services to users of various IT systems
  • Manage the marketing and e-commerce platforms
  • Manage third party vendors to ensure services and support are delivered in accordance with the service level agreements
  • Good knowledge in Tender process and procedure, including writing of Tender documents, specifications, tender evaluation, and follow through on IT projects
  • Provide customised reports requested by users and management
  • Participate in monthly IT and managers’ meetings
  • Plan, propose and monitor annual IT budget
  • Assist in temple events such as CNY, Vesak Day, AGM, etc
  • Adhoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology / Infocomm or relevant
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure Cloud, etc
  • Good understanding of web and cloud technologies, as well as commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products and solutions relating to digital eCommerce and/or CRM is an added advantage
  • Hands on experience in implementing ERP is an added advantage
  • Familiar with E-commerce and setting up of on-line e-payment
  • Customer oriented, enjoys working in a fast pace and dynamic environment, meeting tight deadlines and works well under pressure

IT System Administrator (Microsoft D365)


Job Description

  • Liaise with the IT infrastructure team on processes related to the systems administration and support of Financial Operation systems or eCommerce portals or Customer Engagement portals
  • Procure software licences and ensure that all users have valid licences
  • Provide support to end-users on an ongoing basis based on their identified needs
  • Assist the IT Manager in evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that MS D365 systems meet these needs
  • Design, maintain and deliver training programmes; face to face and computer based training for the use of the MS D365 Systems
  • Maintain documentation including training manuals and training hand-outs
  • Consultation services to users of various System
  • Perform day to day operations and troubleshooting for application users

Multimedia Executive (Website / E-commerce)


Job Description

Responsible for the planning, execution and management of multimedia marketing campaigns, these are some of the tasks involved:

  • Support website maintenance through CMS for content updates and page customisations
  • Build customer database through different touchpoints and create acquisition for email marketing campaigns
  • Manage all the multimedia marketing services and campaigns
  • Manage all design works across various marketing platforms e.g. web, posters, flyers, etc
  • Manage the website content architecture and identify approaches/strategies to improve the website
  • Familiar with blasting of multimedia campaigns
  • Tracking and analysing important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotes and target audiences; Need to drive site traffic acquisition and increase conversion rates
  • Sharing insights and performance via monthly reports to evaluate effectiveness of marketing/campaign activities
  • Cross-collaborating and liaising with external teams to create material
  • Maintaining industry relevancy by identifying and analysing the latest digital trends and tech developments in mobile marketing

Requirements

Key Skills

  • Marketing: Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate marketing and email marketing
  • Copywriting: Write and edit content across various digital platforms and blog posts
  • Professional communication: Excellent public speaking skills and the confidence to brainstorm with multiple teams and industry contacts
  • Analytical and reporting: Experience in using major analytics programs – specifically Google Analytics
  • Content creation and editing: Ability to create content across video, audio and image on software applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
  • Web development: Strong knowledge of HTML/JavaScript and SEO
  • Project management: Experience in working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines

Qualifications and experience

  • A relevant degree or related in marketing
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in multimedia communications and marketing
  • Familiar with various design software, e.g. Adobe
  • Familiar with MS Dynamics 365 Commerce
  • Familiar with web design and programming
  • Familiar with photography and videography
